The recent anti-rabies brutal drive by China has already slaughtered 50,000 dogs! Is this how one dilutes fears of disease outbreak or control death by killing? Lives are lives – be it of a dog or a man! To save one man, you kill 10 dogs, just because you have weapons and they are defenceless?

In response to 3 people dying of rabies, a county in China has ordered as many as 50,000 dogs to be put to death. Only military and police dogs were spared.
